Tuition for schools and other educational organisations

Fleet Tutors frequently works in partnership with schools and other educational organisations, either directly or through the relevant local authority, to provide structured tuition programmes to help pupils improve their educational attainment. These schemes are often part of government-led initiatives aimed at raising and maintaining attainment, such as Making Good Progress (MGP), developed by the Department for Children, Schools and Families. We have worked with several local authorities as part of the successful pilot for Making Good Progress, and are currently expanding our services in this area as the programme becomes nationwide.

Fleet Tutors also can also provide supply teachers and peripatetic tutors in music and art.  We can help schools with their wrap-around care, after-school and holiday requirements. Our tutors can support or manage homework clubs, revision courses, language or art clubs and programmes.

As is the case with all our other tuition programmes, we can adapt our services to suit the requirements of each client, and can also provide advice based on our experiences of delivering varied tuition programmes.
